When we advised the client that the UPS was not working, their IT firm quoted them for a new one costing several hundreds of pounds. Their IT firm didn’t even send anyone out to check, so we ordered a couple of replacement batteries and repaired it for them. The price? of a couple of batteries and 10 minutes of time.
